Mysore Kushalnagara Highways Pvt Ltd is responsible for the development of the access-controlled four-lane highway project on National Highway 275 (NH-275) connecting Mysuru and Kushalnagara. The project plays a crucial role in improving transportation infrastructure and strengthening connectivity between Mysuru and the Kodagu region.
Developed under the Bharatmala Pariyojana initiative, the project aims to enhance road safety, reduce travel time, and support economic development across Karnataka. With modern engineering practices and efficient project execution, the highway is designed to provide safer, faster, and more reliable travel for commuters and transport networks.
The project corridor incorporates a combination of existing alignment improvements and strategically designed greenfield bypass sections, particularly around congested town areas such as Kushalnagara and Periyapatna. These enhancements are intended to streamline traffic movement and ensure uninterrupted highway flow.
In addition to improving connectivity, the project is expected to significantly contribute to regional development by facilitating smoother movement of goods, boosting tourism, and supporting local economies across Karnataka.
